Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing & Bachelor Degrees too.

Job Context:
∎ Shear Sale of a 5 Star studio sale, Real-estate, developer supplies, export & import
∎ We are looking for 36 young, dynamic and energetic Sales Executives/ Sr. Executive for marketing, who has experience in the Real Estate industry will get priority.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing customers.
∎ To create a strong data base of prospective customers.
∎ To set up meetings with potential clients.
∎ To submit various report to line manager.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Attend daily customers and report to close leads.
∎ To achieve sales target and set a new target as well.
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ Submit data and management report on time to H.R department.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare
∎ payment schedule, to prepare the deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
