Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customer for establish, maintain and expand sales.
∎ Communicate with target customers and managing customer relationship according to route schedule provided by the company.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases of responsible area.
∎ Collect information of competitor's activities & reported to Head Office accordingly.
∎ Achieve the sales target fixed by the authority.
∎ Manage various types of promotional activities as like as meetings, Seminars, Conferences, Free servicing campaigns etc. with the participants of dealers, retailers, mechanics & others when company required.
∎ Any other tasks may be assigned by the superior authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be self-motivated, hardworking, ready to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Experience in Lube oil sales & marketing sector are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Fuel bill, Yearly Salary review.
