Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have B.Sc/M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology. Professional Certifications similar to MCSE, Oracle etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing IT support and solving technical problems in both network, hardware and inventory software.
∎ Computer skills: excellent and proven computer skills - particularly MS Office, Excel, Confirmed capacity to work independently, Willingness of self-education in IT/ ICT-related fields.
∎ Software maintenance, pc, laptop, scanner, printer hardware and networking installation and troubleshoot.
∎ Experience and Clear knowledge in Creating HTML and Word Press themes and Word Press plugins (Must be theme forest standard) and must have live projects in Theme Forest.
∎ Solid front-end design skills working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
∎ Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN Internet Connectivity product (Switch, Router, Firewall, IP Camera, Printer, PABX, DVR, NVR) installation, configuration, cabling, and access control setup maintenance.
∎ Good Communication in English preferred.
∎ Should maintain proper documentation, database, weekly reports, ticketing services report generation & escalation.
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.
