Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com / MBA in Accounting or Finance/ MPA from any reputed university from well recognized University
∎ Professional course on Audit process will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare an internal audit plan each year detailing areas to be audited, SOP and implementation across the group accordingly
∎ To undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives;
∎ To report on control deficiencies and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value;
∎ To improve the company's existing internal audit strategy and develop best practices and maintain audit programs;
∎ Focus on process & internal control improvement, Costs optimization, Inventory management, waste management and raw material usage control audits.
∎ Playing an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring up to date with all legislation and best practices;
∎ Check MRR, Stock Ledger, Gate pass, Challan, Materials incoming & outgoing records to prepare report and submit to head of department.
∎ Pre & post -audit of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, bill, comparative statement etc.
∎ Conduct schedule and un-schedule visit of factory/office premises and physical verification of cash & stock report of Material Control Department of concern unit.
∎ To conduct any special investigation as required;
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management time to time;
∎ Report to Group Head of Internal Audit.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit, Internal Audit, Accounting, Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building Construction Industries, Group of Industries.
∎ Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader.
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc.
∎ Sound knowledge in IAS, IFRS, Companies Act, VAT, Tax rules and regulation.
∎ Proficiency in ERP is preferable.
∎ Excellent analytical skill, report writing and presentation skills.
∎ Able to work under Pressure

Salary: Negotiable
