Job Context:
∎ We are looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has initiative,
∎ innovative idea, Take Challenges, quick learner, honesty & Sincerity, analytical, and self-confident as Executive in Internal Audit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage independently and perform audits end to end including audit planning, audit fieldwork and reporting.
∎ Develop audit program, guide/procedures and internal control function for internal auditor(s) to
∎ implement audit program and procedures.
∎ Work with various business unit to review and test internal systems and processes.
∎ Routine factory visits to ensure the accounting, inventory as well as production management
∎ Activities and report to the management where improvement is required
∎ Investigate opportunities for cost savings.
∎ To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
∎ Check and verify all kind of daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Prepare working papers recording and summarizing audit procedures as performed.
∎ To perform periodic audit as and when required.
∎ Physical market survey & quotation collection to verify procured items.
∎ Will check & verify the local purchase comparing with local rate & market and any significant
∎ Deviation must be reported to the management
∎ Physical verification of inventory and fixed assets of the company on a timely manner and report to the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years

∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy
