Experience:

• 2 to 6 years

B.Sc. in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University.

• 2 to 6 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Knowledge of PLC systems.

• Sound understanding of GMP requirements.

• Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic systems and AutoCAD drawing.

• Proficiency in computer applications.

• Maintenance of pharmaceutical process machinery and utility systems, particularly in the Inhaler Unit.

• Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations of the engineering department to ensure smooth production activities.

• Implement scheduled preventive maintenance of all machinery to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.

• Perform and document breakdown maintenance in compliance with GMP requirements.

• Oversee calibration, validation, and maintenance activities as per regulatory and audit requirements.

• Troubleshoot and maintain computerized systems for process equipment.

• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company safety protocols.

• Manage spare parts inventory in the Engineering Store to reduce breakdown time.
