Knowledge of PLC systems.
Sound understanding of GMP requirements.
Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic systems and AutoCAD drawing.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintenance of pharmaceutical process machinery and utility systems, particularly in the Inhaler Unit.
Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations of the engineering department to ensure smooth production activities.
Implement scheduled preventive maintenance of all machinery to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
Perform and document breakdown maintenance in compliance with GMP requirements.
Oversee calibration, validation, and maintenance activities as per regulatory and audit requirements.
Troubleshoot and maintain computerized systems for process equipment.
Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company safety protocols.
Manage spare parts inventory in the Engineering Store to reduce breakdown time.
