∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
C N F, Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and manage all type of Export Documents.
∎ Prepare activity tasks and Export order follows up.
∎ Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that export order is processed in time.
∎ Communicate with freight forwarders and CNF to follow up the shipment to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Communicate with bank regarding EXP, TT / LC related work, CFR & NOC and other required documents according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations.
∎ Monitor Shipment Schedule, BL Tracking and delivery of shipping documents.
∎ Coordinate with EPB, BAPA, MCCI, Association and others related office.
∎ Recordkeeping and Monthly/ Half Yearly/ Yearly Sales Report Submission.
∎ Update knowledge regarding various international and domestic trade policies, procedures, licenses, duty tariffs, trade benefits, certifications, inspections, special requirements etc. and ensure 100% compliance.
∎ Maintain other standard duties as assigned by management.

∎ Meeting Export Order Processing Lead Time, Accuracy of Paperwork, Communication, Response Rate, Account Management
