Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing consumer products including packaging from the ground up.
∎ Develop a pricing model to optimize profitability.
∎ Develop innovative marketing strategies for product launch and ensure effective execution in the sales channel.
∎ Monitor sales and help team achieve sales objective
∎ Assist supervisor in developing the Annual Marketing Plans and Budget.
∎ Develop creative briefs for advertising agencies using research-driven consumer insights.
∎ Assist the team in achieving marketing objectives of the assigned portfolio.
∎ Expertise in sourcing packaging materials.
∎ Ensure timely production of communication materials and distribution.
∎ Visit the market regularly to interact with Salesforce, trade, health providers and customers and collect market intelligence and prepare reports.
∎ Understand research needs and work with the research team to effectively conduct the same.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Food and Beverage Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trade Marketing
∎ Should have sound knowledge in marketing tools and techniques.
∎ Experience in a reputed FMCG organization, preferably in the Food & Beverage Industry.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Creative & Analytical thinking.
