Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct audits and reviews of pricing records to validate the accuracy and appropriateness of prices for products and services offered by our organization.
∎ Analyze pricing data, including cost information, market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance and identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
∎ Evaluate and review existing pricing policies and procedures to ensure that align with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives.
∎ Plan, execute, and report on pricing audits to identify potential risks, control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. Document findings and make recommendations for corrective actions.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of internal controls related to pricing processes, including pricing approvals, discounts, promotions, and contract terms and make recommendations for enhancing controls.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and legal departments, to gather information, address pricing-related issues, and implement best practices.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, pricing methodologies, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of price verification processes.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and identify potential pricing-related risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as needed.
∎ Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans. Communicate audit results to management and stakeholders and provide ongoing support in resolving identified issues.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and gain efficiency within the price verification function. Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the audit process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A professional certification such is preferred.
∎ Proven experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis, with a focus on pricing verification.
∎ Strong knowledge of pricing methodologies, financial analysis techniques, and internal controls.
∎ Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, such as (GAAP) and (IFRS).
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex pricing data and identify anomalies.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present audit findings and recommendations to management.
∎ Proficiency in using software, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications.
∎ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
∎ Strong ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
