Job Description:

We are looking for an Executive/senior executive to oversee and manage all of our e-commerce operations, including our delivery, call center, inventory, audit, and operations departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, seamless collaboration across departments, and timely order delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all departments (delivery, call center, inventory, audit, operations) to ensure smooth workflow.

• Oversee quality control (QC) and ensure customers receive orders without delays or errors.

• Collaborate with the call center team to handle client queries efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Monitor the inventory and audit processes for accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain high standards of operation flow across the e-commerce platform.
