Responsibilities & Context:
· SEO & Web Management:
o Develop and implement effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic search ranking and website traffic.
o Manage and maintain the company's website using WordPress, ensuring high performance, security, and user experience.
o Monitor website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
· Content & Creative:
o Create compelling and brand-consistent visual content (banners, social media posts, ads) using graphic design tools.
o Assist in content strategy creation, including blog posts, travel guides, and social media copy, focusing on SEO keywords.
· Digital Advertising:
o Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
o Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
· Reporting & Strategy:
o Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the management team.
o Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, particularly within the travel and tourism industry.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven, relevant experience in a Digital Marketing role.
· Technical Expertise (Mandatory):
o Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical).
o Strong proficiency in WordPress development, customization, and maintenance.
o Proficiency in Graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent). and Vedio editing
o Hands-on experience with social media marketing and media buying.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development principles is a strong plus
