Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Negotiation and Liaison Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with landowners, and liaise with government and non-government authorities to facilitate smooth transactions and approvals.
∎ Sales and Marketing Strategies: Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies tailored to real estate and property sectors, including market analysis and campaign management.
∎ Understanding of RAJUK (DMDP) Approval Processes: In-depth knowledge of the Dhaka Metropolitan Development Plan (DMDP) and the procedures for obtaining necessary approvals from RAJUK.
