∎ This position shall be based in Head Office, Dhaka and will report to Head of Logistics Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a safety conscious and customer centric culture in the function.
∎ Establish and ensure the control process throughout the logistics function.
∎ Budget preparation, cost monitor, Cost Visibility and management reporting for taking management decision.
∎ Monitor to process Logistics invoices and ensuring service providers on time payment.
∎ Perform the job as an SAP Super User of SD module.
∎ Coordinate and liaison with other cross function.
∎ Acting as gatekeeper for Department cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years' work experience in Supply chain specially in logistics operation, Performance & Cost control reporting.
∎ Special Skill:
∎ Experience in advance in Microsoft excels, analytical skill.
∎ Advance skill in presentation and power point.
∎ Experience in SAP software will be an added advantage.
∎ Has sound knowledge in Business Communication and analytical skill.
∎ "Can Do" and Hardworking attitude with the time frame.
