Job Responsibilities:
∎ Annual planning for Marketing & Branding activities, constructing promotional plans and strategies to attract TG with cost-effective & double win situation proposals.
∎ Development of budget and implementation of the brand plan, strategies, and all other aspects of product marketing interventions.
∎ New brand & product launch. Thematic campaign & Integrated communication, Digital & Social media focus plan, Strong and remarkable BTL footprint & CSR.
∎ Analyzing industry trends, competitive threats, and expansion opportunities and overseeing current offerings, and taking initiatives for new products or services.
∎ Campaign ideation, creative strategy, targeting, segmentation, and budgeting across SEM, display and social advertising channels
∎ Taking care of all aspects of the product campaign including ATL, BTL, online, events, and other required media.
∎ Carrying out market research to identify emerging markets and market shifts in the industry and developing customer retention strategy including systematic analysis of competitions and markets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Can do work under pressure.
∎ Creative & analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word.
∎ Can-do attitude.
