Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze brand position in the market and crystallize targeted consumers' insight
∎ Work on the marketing mix for the brand
∎ Responsible for brand building, liaising with agencies, production of in-house promotional materials, organizing promotional activities and implementation plan.
∎ Transform brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
∎ Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
∎ Monitor market trend, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
∎ Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
∎ Anticipate bottleneck and act accordingly
∎ Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
∎ Align the company around the brand's direction, choice and tactics
∎ Understanding market and consumer.
∎ Strategy development for expanding markets.
∎ Keep up to date with market trends.
∎ Accountability for brand performance and working closely with sales team.
∎ Formulating and implementing trade strategies.
∎ Providing analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
∎ Work on product development .
∎ Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
∎ Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
∎ Evaluating marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity.
