Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• PGD on SCM will get preference

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Customs Bond related Documentation, Import Through LCMS, CAD, Excel Reporting and documentation skill.

• Good understanding of LCs, Import-Export Procedures, and Customs Documentation.

• Experience in a similar type of position, preferably in a 100% export-oriented multinational Garments/ Textile companies.

• Should have experience in working with the Team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills. Sound knowledge on computer literacy.

• Manage and oversee all import-related activities, including LC opening, amendment, and documentation.

• Handle complete export-import documentation (LC, TT, C&F, shipping documents, customs clearance, etc.).

• Ensuring compliance with global trade regulations like Incoterms and UCP-600.

• Handling document submission to banks, monitoring overdue exports, and collaborating with various banks for trade financing.

• Following up on import/export regulatory compliance, shipping activities, and managing the necessary documentation like Bills of Lading (BL), Certificates of Origin (CO), GSP certificates, and other shipping papers.

• Visiting banks, customs offices, and other relevant authorities to ensure efficient import/export operations.

• Handling LC acceptance for packing materials with management approval and submitting Bill of Entry copies to banks to resolve overdue entries.

• Conducting export activities with various banks including sales contract amendments, submitting export documents, and following up on overdue EXPs.

• Collecting necessary documents such as PRC, NOCs, and CFR certificates from banks, and facilitating customs formalities.

• Maintain liaison with banks, C&F agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.

• Prepare, review, and submit commercial documents to stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Maintain proper records, reports, and trackers for commercial and logistics activities.

• Direct working experience with BEZA/BEPZA, BOND, Customs, BERC, BIDA, NBR will get an extra advantage.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
