Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital marketing, tele-marketing, direct visit and conduct meeting with prospects.
∎ To visit sites frequently to stay up to date.
∎ To follow up the prospects regularly.
∎ To sell the products and assist to sell.
∎ Intensive practical knowledge in apartment sales.
∎ Respond and follow up sales inquires through understanding the prospects requirements.
∎ Willing to take challenge and work in a team.
∎ Create market opportunities & achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Create sales presentations for the prospective individual and corporate clients.
∎ Create sales reports and market analyses for sales head and top management.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.
∎ Prepare deed of agreement.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
