Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ Oriental Real Estate Ltd. is looking for some young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager (Apartment and Commercial Space Sales ) who has at least two years experience in the Real Estate Industry.
∎ Generate sales and achieve target as planned.
∎ Collect prospects from various sources to meet target and build new customer portfolio.
∎ Develop potential clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Handle clients (including inbound) and supply necessary information about apartments to generate sales.
∎ Follow-up with clients and provide update on progress.
∎ Manage after sales procedures including Application Form, Payment Schedule, Deed of Agreement.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management as and when required.
