Job Context:
∎ Ensure an adequate level of fluidity along with the maximum utilization of resources. Aim to Minimize the bad debt.
∎ Should not be rigid but flexible with respective Account Manager and growth of the company`s.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Computer literacy essential e.g. Excell, PowerPoint, MS Word.
∎ Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention.
∎ Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the Sales and Marketing team.
∎ Monitoring debtor balances.
∎ Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures.
∎ Liasion with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team.
∎ Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
∎ Good business acumen for problem-solving.
∎ Competency with large ERP systems and positive attitude.
∎ Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders, actors.
∎ Excellent time management skills and the ability to priority a demanding workload.
