Experience in sales freight forwarding, hands on experience in import & export
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Ability to visit field at least 40% of the time
Responsibilities & Context:
- Generate and qualify leads via phone and email daily basis
- Schedule sales appointments and activities, Minimum 4 sales call per day
- Promote products/services to new and existing customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
- Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
- Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
- Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
- Onboard minimum 2 new business
- Maintain Credit recover / credit time 40 – 50days
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
- Maintaining daily sales call report & attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Negotiating contracts and packages for projects shipments
