• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding

• Experience in sales freight forwarding, hands on experience in import & export

• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

• Ability to visit field at least 40% of the time

• Generate and qualify leads via phone and email daily basis
• Schedule sales appointments and activities, Minimum 4 sales call per day
• Promote products/services to new and existing customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
• Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
• Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
• Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
• Onboard minimum 2 new business
• Maintain Credit recover / credit time 40 – 50days
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
• Maintaining daily sales call report & attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Negotiating contracts and packages for projects shipments
