Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction. Prepare all kind of vouchers such as petty cash voucher, supplier payments voucher, intercompany loan payment voucher and non-cash voucher. Maintain all necessary books of accounts for respective business units as assigned, Such as (Cash book, Bank book, Supplier Ledgers, Customer Ledger, Fixed Assets ledger, Advance ledger , IOU register, intercompany ledger, etc. Prepare Bank Reconciliation and other ledger reconciliation Statement. Prepare monthly accounts as per International Accounting Standards with due time. Preserve properly all kinds of bill and Voucher, Document, Reports of Financial Transaction for internal auditing, external auditing and statutory purpose. Deduct VDS and TDS and submit the statutory authority. Ability to work under pressure. Perform any other activities as per management decisions.
