Job Context:
∎ The position is responsible for managing the overall corporate customer acquisition and Sales management to ensure revenue growth. Maintain and assessment of Customer quality.
∎ The prospect candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing and closing sales in a diverse set of corporate accounts is required.
∎ The prospect candidate will also possess strong fleet management, business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. He must display a strong understanding of corporate sales needs and the application of the service capabilities and sales processes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling end-to-end corporate sales including region, Customer acquisition and recovery management to achieve overall company sales & Revenue target across the country.
∎ Prepare customers segment and drive the acquisition plan.
∎ Achieve the Service dashboard and App user activation target
∎ Design and Maintain sales and acquisition growth strategy and driving customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze and report on customer’s requirement, customer data and share with the Develops strategy for Customer.
∎ Provide feedback and participate in developing the App
∎ Maintain compliance with regulations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years

∎ Must have the experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales, Logistics, Commercial vehicles Sales, Corporate customer care.
∎ Must have Leadership & Team-building ability
∎ Must have the technical knowhow (Email, Google, MS word, Xl, PPT, IOS& Android Etc)
∎ Should have good communication and writing skills
∎ Age 28 to 38 years

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
