Job Context:
∎ The position is responsible for managing the overall Partner acquisition and Training management to ensure acquisition and trips success growth. Maintain and assessment of Partner quality.
∎ The prospect candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing commercial vehicles Owners, Agent in a diverse set of Trucking/Logistics is required.
∎ The prospect candidate will also possess strong vehicles Owner, Agent management, Relationship, Negotiation, and problem-solving skills. He must display a strong understanding of Commercial vehicles, Compliance and the application of the service capabilities and digital processes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling end-to-end partner (All kind of Commercial Vehicles (ie: All kind of Truck, Trailer Owner, Agent) acquisition, Partner acquisition and Training management to achieve overall company Trips & Revenue target across the country.
∎ Prepare partner segment and drive the acquisition plan.
∎ Design and maintain partner acquisition growth and driving partner satisfaction.
∎ Analyze and report on Partner requirement, Partner data and share with the Development strategy for Partner.
∎ Drive and Achieve App user and Activation target
∎ Provide feedback and participate in developing the App
∎ Maintain compliance with regulations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the experience in the following area(s): Commercial vehicles Sales, Corporate Sales, Logistics, Corporate customer care.
∎ Must have experience in logistics, good relation with Commercial vehicles Owner, Agent
∎ Must have the technical knowhow (Email, Google, MS word, Xl, PPT, IOS& Android Etc)
∎ Should have good communication and writing skills
∎ Experience in target oriented job
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
