Job Context:
∎ A reputed garment manufacturing & exporting company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the following vacant position immediately.
∎ Job Location: Progoti Sarani, Kuril, Vatara, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle customs related all responsibilities, like yearly audit, H. S. Code formalities, General Bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC and to release indemnity bond etc.
∎ To perform all the bond-related works proficiently and independently.
∎ To perform all, import related jobs under Bond License Specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.
∎ To new Bond License issue, Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change, Bank inclusion & exclusion etc.
∎ To work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT rules related to Export and Import.
∎ To work independently with DEDO, Customs Bond Commissioner ate & other GOVT offices. Capability to do UP, EX-BOND/IN-BOND in time with the assistance to the factory to maintain BOND REGISTER.
∎ To perform as a team member to maintain all the export-import statement unit wise for yearly customs audit.
∎ To manage bond customs personnel in any irregularities/difficulties.
∎ To responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ To do into Bond and Ex Bond of all duty free Imported Raw Materials
∎ Bond Register maintain of Imported Dyes, Chemical & Salt.
∎ To prepare all documents, process and to do customs related others work.
∎ Inter Bond
∎ Indemnitee Bond
∎ New Bond Licenses issue
∎ Making Manual PRC for audit & CI
∎ Knowledge in Mushak 6.3,9.1
∎ Lean Bank inclusion & exclusion
∎ Company's related others work when is needed
∎ To maintain good relation with all government institutions. Perform any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ The applicants should have the experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Supply Chain, Export/Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/C&F
∎ The applicants should have the experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
Salary: Negotiable
