Major Responsibilities :

Develop and Execute BTL Marketing Strategies

  • Design and implement Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing plans that align with the company’s overall business and brand objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and craft effective promotional tactics to increase visibility, engagement, and sales.
  1. Monthly Digital Marketing Plans and Executions
    • Prepare and execute monthly digital marketing calendars, including content planning, social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid ad placements.
    • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  2. Campaign Planning for Activations, Events, and Promotions
    • Conceptualize and organize on-ground activations, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
    • Develop creative event ideas that enhance customer engagement and brand presence across all outlets.
  3. Vendor, Agency, and Field Coordination
    • Liaise with vendors, printing partners, and marketing agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns.
    • Supervise field teams during activations to ensure brand guidelines and execution standards are met.
  4. Outlet Branding and Promotional Collateral
    • Oversee the design, production, and placement of in-store branding materials such as banners, danglers, flyers, posters, and POS displays.
    • Ensure all visual materials and merchandise reflect the brand identity consistently.
  5. Contract and Media Negotiation
    • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and placement contracts with outdoor media suppliers, event organizers, and marketing vendors.
    • Ensure cost efficiency and maximum visibility within allocated budgets.
  6. Cross-Functional Coordination with Operations and Branch Managers
    • Work closely with the operations team and outlet managers to maintain consistency in branding, communication, and campaign rollout.
    • Support outlet-level promotions and monitor execution feedback from the field.
  7. Corporate Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and clients.
    • Identify opportunities for co-branding, cross-promotions, and long-term partnerships.
  8. Collaboration with Media Agencies and Local Authorities
    • Coordinate with manufacturers, outdoor media agencies, and local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance for outdoor advertising.
    • Oversee installation and maintenance of promotional materials in approved zones.
  9. Event and Direct Marketing Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute direct marketing activities such as roadshows, sampling programs, and promotional events.
  • Evaluate post-event performance, collect data insights, and prepare reports for management review.
