∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect sample from nominated buyers/CTPL counterpart, Sourcing material, follow up sample development stage and send to buyer for approval.
∎ Visit various ftp site to search product and download it to collect information for product development.
∎ New product development needs to be started with developing counter/original sample given by customer. Sample development file used in this propose.
∎ Attaching the samples & originals into the sample card and updating evaluation. Confirm the matching of samples with the original, in case of non-matching samples will be done until match.
∎ Find out problem to development and discuss with concern person to exchange development activities and solve the problem.
∎ Communication with global sites regarding new product development and business possibilities and updating customers regarding latest product developments.
∎ To prepare weekly/monthly sample status report to get feed back from individual sales person or related person to develop product. Sample tracking system used for this propose.
∎ PD staff will check the availability of the appropriate art work/template and PID & Product instruction prepared for order processing.
∎ Calculation cost of the product and global CTPL RFQ (Request for quotation) and also negotiation of the price will be carried out between sales personnel & customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Need clear concept regarding product development.
∎ Must have knowledge raw material sourcing to develop sample.
∎ Need to know various light sources/equipment to measure quality of product as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Must have skill in correspondence e-mail.
∎ Knowledge of product costing.
