Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline.
∎ At least 3/4 years of experience is required.
∎ Any advanced training in excel and good at data analytics is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To generate MRP Material Requirement Planning.
∎ To offer collection, negotiation and prepare comparative statement for imported and local items.
∎ To collect PFI, Prepare LC opening form and check the documents to make Import LC.
∎ To prepare block list, amendment for drug item & also prepare drug invoice at the time of clearance.
∎ To follow up with supplier to collect document as well as check with clearing team for clearance the materials from port with stipulated time frame.
∎ To analyze the variation of MOP & production plan in each month and take corrective measure. (attend MOP meeting through Zoom)
∎ To ensure accuracy in Supply Planning & follow up & monitor RMPM stock movement using different online tools and software.
∎ To perform Negotiation and development of alternative to reduce cost.
