∎ 1) Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result-oriented Good Hands-on skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point.Minimum typing speed 35-40 English and 25-30 Bangla words per minute Be proactive, energetic, sincere, and honest. Able to work under stressful circumstances. Should be the mentality for field base party visit. Able to work an extra hour.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This is a corporate-based position & the Job Location will be Dhaka but regular field movement is mandatory for various dues collection. And the incumbent will get involved in internal operating controls, processes, and practices and will review the accounting records, operational data, and in line with generally accepted accounting principles.
∎ 1) To perform operational accounts and audits activities.
∎ 2) To manage day-to-day accounting records including Tally entries.
∎ 3) Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards.
∎ 4) To be movement any time any field base anywhere in country due to audit and field base dues & collection work purposes.
∎ 5) To maintain day to day bank reconciliation statement by proper checking.
∎ 6) Responsible for stocking all sensitive and non-sensitive items in a neat and orderly manner establish processes, workflows, procedures, and guidelines.
∎ 7) To take physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ 8) To should have sound knowledge about ERP / Tally software & it's troubleshooting. And must be able to prepare & maintain bill challan/invoice, packing list, work order, purchase & demand sheet, money receipt, and credit statements all kinds of necessary Vouchers, cash, and bank transaction, etc.
∎ 9) To ensure appropriate TAX and VAT deduction from customers' invoices and deposits to Govt. of the treasury, Conduct and attend regular meetings with senior management to share financial findings.
∎ 10) To comply with any other task as assigned by Supervisor and the authority.
