∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Accounts & Admin (e commerce)
∎ Workplace : Work at office (Uttara, Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for managing the accounts activities of the organization.
∎ Check and verify all kind of Purchases, Sales.
∎ Check and prepare daily expenditures and maintain well record.
∎ Check and prepare order sheet, purchase bill, petty cash, and stock inventory.
∎ Follow-up & Check all stock report
∎ Maintain all accounts book/registers/Ledger etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge on payroll management.
∎ Collecting & checking bill from suppliers and vendors.
∎ Prepare yearly, quarterly financial statement (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
∎ Prepare and provide periodic financial reports to the Management.
∎ Follow-up overall inventory management.
∎ Participate in physical inventories by counting stocks.
∎ Sourcing of new suppliers & sampling, testing and approval for new development
∎ To ensure recording of the necessary data in ledger and computer on time.
∎ Develop, upgrade and implement HR and Administration Policies up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR & Admin
∎ Make payroll reports
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Payroll Generate, Compensation Benefit & Incentive Schemes
∎ Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Admin, Inventory or Store or Warehouse
∎ Must have minimum 2 years of experience in related field

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
