Educational Requirements:
∎ At least graduate on Fashion Designing & Technology or Graduation on Fine Arts from any recognized university.
∎ Selected candidate needs to produce his /her original last educational certificate at the time of joining.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buying House, Garments manufacturer, Boutique Fashion
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creation of trendy fashions for Europe/ American market based on seasons
∎ Practical knowledge on Woven fabrics, Washing, printing and Embroidery.
∎ Practical knowledge on Sweater yarns, Washing, printing and Embroidery.
∎ Knowledge about trends of fashion, fabrics, accessories etc.
∎ Knowledge about significance of pattern, shape of a garment specially ladies dress, blouse.
∎ Analyze trends in fabric, color and shapes, season
∎ Adapt existing designs for mass production
∎ Ensure developing of pattern & overseeing the production
∎ Create mood board for customer re-view & prepare collection for respective season as per new trend with keep in mind company product range, customer price level etc.
∎ Prepare collection/ tech pack based on mood board from customer end & fabric selection incorporating styling, color, season, price level etc.
∎ Candidate should capable to lead a team of 4-5 person
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) in a garments manufacturer at similar position
∎ The applicants should have experience in Fashion Design, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Pre Press Design
∎ Good Communication skill
