Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning and usage of the sponsorship information systems and proper documentation.
∎ Ensure Registered Children (RC) filing are done accurately and regularly.
∎ Make documentation properly.
∎ Produce periodic report from Single Step and submit to the supervisor.
∎ Assist in sponsorship operations as required.
∎ Do data entry into Systems regularly.
∎ Make periodic reconciliation/synchronization of the system.
∎ Ensure backup for smoothly function in Systems as needed.
∎ Ensure solution of any problems in the system.
∎ Tracking and monitoring standard time for services.
∎ Keep Registered Children's file safe and locked following policy & procedure.
∎ Preserve all sponsorship documents and reports properly.
∎ Maintain Correspondence register/record properly.
∎ Ensure quality translation of child communication/ correspondences.
∎ Assist in preparing Upazila level sponsorship management reports.
∎ Assist in delivery of sponsorship essential services as planned by Upazila office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of Sponsorship Systems.
∎ Ability to work in different target groups.
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point.
∎ Experienced in working with community development activities and/or System Operations.
∎ 20% field visit in the working area is expected.
∎ Good working relationship between Sponsorship and other staffs.
