Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Major in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management will also get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute supply chain strategies, optimizing operations and ensuring efficiency.
∎ Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ Forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize stock-outs.
∎ Oversee procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
∎ Streamline logistics and distribution processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Drive process improvement initiatives and leverage technology solutions.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with all the departments to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management, and implement relevant changes to enhance operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Proven experience of 10 years in Supply Chain Management (in Managerial role especially within the technology industry or a fast-paced business environment for at least 2 years).
∎ Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
∎ Experience in procurement, supplier management, logistics, and inventory management.
∎ Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
∎ Strong leadership abilities and a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
