- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
- A Bachelor of Science in Agriculture will be given preference as Agronomy/ Crop botany/ Horticulture/Soil science/ Entomology/Plant pathology/Genetics and plant breeding/ Agricultural chemistry/Biochemistry and molecular biology

Additional Requirements:

- About 15-20 years of experience in the field of agribusiness and agriculture with various capacities and involvements.
- Expertise in product regulatory and registration process in Bangladesh (Fertilizers, Pesticides, PGRs and Seeds).
- Expertise in Hybrid Rice, Seed Production, processing, Marketing and inventory management.
- Having hands on experience on product development and new business development.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide overall strategic Operational leadership and technical/ Supply Chain Management related guidance to all team members. Directly report to MD & CEO and work as a think tank to provide advisory support for the emerging organization’s sustainable business growth plan development and implementation.
About Seed:
- Responsible for all functions of the seed market and seed business of the company.
- Annual work- plan and budget for company.
- Responsible for strategic planning, policy making, and implementing for the Bangladesh seed market.
- Responsible for adaptation trial of new variety and technology (hybrid rice, corn and vegetables).
- Assisting company to implement their hybrid rice seed production project, synchronization trial to set their seed program and establish seed processing center, dehumidified seed storage, if necessary.
- Work with contract grower (CG) and trained farmers to attain highest yield on behalf of the company.
- Act as liaison with respective public (MoA, DAE, SCA, and different research institutes) and counterpart companies to register company’s hybrid rice varieties in Bangladesh market.
About Pesticides/ Fertilizers:
- Supervise and monitor product registration procedures (Pesticides, Fertilizers, and PGR) of the company and provided technical services to various stakeholders.
- Liaison with various Govt. organizations and supplier’s company.
- Plan and implement yearly promotional activities of all the portfolios both differently and aggregate to help build brand image and increase sales.
- Good Leadership of Dealer and farmers management.
