• At least 15 years’ experience in the field of Pesticide Formultion Chemistry with various capacities and involvement.

• Expertise in product regulatory and registration process of fertilizers, pesticides, PGRs in Bangladesh. Expertise in trial, research and development, adaptive research and data analysis.

•  Experienced in Pesticide Formulation & Quality, Method development, Product Development (Formulation), Quality Assurance/ Quality Control.

•  Having hands on experience on product development and new business development, also method development & source development.

• Carry out Pesticides formulations and quality analysis.

• Process development and trial analysis of Pesticide products and Packaging material analysis.

• Sampling, processing, chemical analysis and stability or compatibility test of all raw material, formulated and finished product of pesticide products.

• Liaison with various Govt. Organizations and suppliers’ company.

• Supervise and monitor product registration procedures (Pesticides, Fertilizers, and PGR) of the company and provided technical services to various stakeholders.

• Ensure proper maintenance and updating all QC document when required as per Audit.

• Carry out all activities of process control and perform all tests as per standard method which includes are Agro-Chemicals, Pesticide. Test all parameter of finished product, raw materials, process chemicals.

• Monitoring, supervision, and testing of all incoming packaging & bulk materials.

• Monitoring all development (new packaging material, bulk source development, formulation, etc.).

• Ensure & initiate new recipe, development work and process control. (As per requirement).

• Ensure proper quality of Agro-Chemicals products.

• Observe, prepare and update QC documents –Specification, SOP, Recipe, MSDS and others relevant documents.

• Carry out all activities of Quality Control & process control perform all Quality Control test as per standard test method which includes Pesticide Finished Products & Raw Materials.

• Check quality of slow moving, non- moving and market return products according to the requirement of Production/warehouse.
