Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. (Preferred in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer science, MIS, etc.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO Industries, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and publish timely reports as required by the management or operations team
∎ Perform data cleaning, analyzing & mining
∎ Manage and process client reporting on specified schedule
∎ Collaborate with client services team on reporting needs and process improvements.
∎ Prepare and automate reports in MS Excel
∎ Review and check quality of reports to ensure accuracy.
∎ Provide data-driven recommendations that align with client services team
∎ Co-ordinate with other departments/Units
∎ Client Management
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Management time to time
∎ Follow Roster Duty

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience with pivot, power query, power pivot, DAX language, etc.
∎ VBA, Macros, Automation.
∎ knowledge and experience with reporting packages (Power BI, Tableau), databases (SQL etc) would be an added advantage
∎ Should be capable of handling large datasets in an efficient and effective manner
∎ Customer management exposure and good presentation skills

Salary: Negotiable
