∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Operating as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to Vendors.
∎ Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors.
∎ Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
∎ Prepare reports on account status.
∎ Resolve any issues and problems faced by Vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
∎ Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

∎ You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
∎ You have at least 1 years of work experience.
∎ Strong Excel and data management skills.
