Responsibilities:
- Researching and selecting trustworthy suppliers (From our list) who have the products we want to source.
- Requesting information from suppliers to communicate with merchants or customers
- Coordinating orders, deliveries, and billing issues with suppliers
- Sending feedback to customers and merchants on successful orders.
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or online chat
- Marketing your business to drive sales
- Developing a comprehensive plan for market research
