প্রকাশনার উদ্দেশ্য অনুযায়ী লেখার ধরন ও যথাযত শব্দচয়ন নিশ্চিত করা।
প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য যাচাই এবং ভুল সংশোধন করা।
