Job Context:
∎ A reputed national NGO is inviting applications to fill the position of ‘Solid Waste Management Facilitator’ who will be responsible for ensuring direct implementation of SWM interventions of the project activities.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until June 30, 2023.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to the technical person for the assessment of the materials for hardware & van operation and maintenance.
∎ To facilitate training and awareness session at bazar & host community.
∎ To maintain smooth communication with Union Parishad& Bazar Committee.
∎ Assess the needs and resources required for software interventions such as kobo collect or survey CTO and plan for an appropriate integrated response.
∎ To prepare all types of payment documents for CFW and CFW supervisor’s monthly fee.
∎ Followup and monitoring CFW &CFW supervisor’s activities in every working day and maintain daily waste data sheet.
∎ To ensure that infrastructures and materials related to SWM are in proper working condition
∎ Assist CFW supervisor to collect SWM operational fee and ensure Bank deposits properly.
∎ Maintaining SWM financial book keeping.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
∎ Comply with organizational policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness, and other relevant policies
∎ Work in true spirit of teamwork and preserve personal integrity and respect the organizational hierarchy of accountability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Driving license holders will get preference.
∎ SWM experience will get priority.
∎ Computer Literacy.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
