• Proven experience in solar energy project development, design, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies, components, and systems.
• Proficiency in technical analysis tools and software for solar energy modeling.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate project teams effectively.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and industry standards for solar installations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability, with a commitment to driving positive environmental impact through solar solutions.

We are seeking a skilled Solar Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of solar energy projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, renewable energy systems, and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and optimize solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
• Conduct technical analysis and modeling to assess project feasibility and predict energy output.
• Select and procure solar components, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement maintenance procedures to ensure optimal operation.
• Navigate regulatory requirements, obtain necessary permits, and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to communicate requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver successful outcomes.
• Should be able to work individually as well as in team.
