Core Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, Python).
• Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).
• Experience with software architecture & system design
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure systems from scratch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience is a big plus.
• Should know CI/CD pipelines, DevOps basics, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Database design & management
• Both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• RESTful and GraphQL APIs, third-party service integrations, WebSockets, payment gateways, etc.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
• Should have led a team of developers before (4-6 people ideally).
• Can mentor junior developers and establish coding standards.
• Project management skills
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Can manage timelines, resources, and ensure deliverables.
• Excellent communication
• Can translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with non-technical clients or stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to think critically, resolve conflicts, and make trade-offs based on timelines and business needs.
• Startup-ready mindset
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats, working in fast-paced environments, and solving open-ended problems.

Preferred or Bonus Skills

• Experience with mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS).
• UI/UX awareness – able to work closely with designers.
• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Open-source contributions or side projects.
