Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hand-On Level-1 support experience in fintech software production environment.
∎ Support knowledge in retail/wholesale payment or customer information systems.
∎ Ability to adopt to any technology/environment.
∎ Hands on training/experience in application Software Trouble Shooting.
∎ Min 2-Y experience in production support in bank or fintech vendors.
∎ Basic knowledge of Linux, MySQL, Database.
∎ Basic knowledge of Shell Scripting, Perl Scripting, PHP scripting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
