Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Experience: At least 1 year experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, or a related role. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Exposure to software QA/testing (manual or automated).
∎ Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
∎ Familiarity with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk) and QA tools (Postman, Selenium).
∎ Basic knowledge of programming/scripting ( SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
∎ Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
∎ Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, chat, or phone call.
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues, escalating complex problems to the development team when necessary.
∎ Reproduce and document customer-reported bugs with clear steps and evidence.
∎ Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
∎ Gather customer feedback and communicate trends to the developer team.
∎ Assist in manual and automated testing to validate bug fixes, new features, and regression scenarios.
∎ Execute test cases and report defects using issue-tracking tools.
∎ Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and ensure high-quality releases.
∎ Contribute to test case creation and test plan improvements.
∎ Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
