∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide 1st level offshore customer support for the application software, taking the time to understand each account and their use of their systems so improvements can be recommended to improve the perception and functionality of the system
∎ Prioritise your own workload and the ability to manage your time and diary effectively, tracking and monitoring all work with time recorded within the CRM solution
∎ Manage and liaise on resolving and escalation of support and project requirements/issues within agreed SLA/KPIs
∎ Contribute to testing of version upgrades and providing relevant training to users
∎ Resolving client application questions or problems in the area of system setup, product functionality, and product enhancements in addition to other services issues in the complex area of Software
∎ A genuine interest in IT systems / software
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Written and verbal skills: excellent communication skills in English
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable (it is commensurate to the experience level) 40K-60K (BDT per month)
