Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in CSE or CS from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎ Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities.
∎ Identify and prepare test data and test environment to perform tests.
∎ Setup functional test, usability test, compatibility test, smoke test, regression test, black box test, load test and white box test for multiple projects.
∎ Report test failures into bug tracking software and work with development team to assess risks and corrective actions.
∎ Recommend design improvements or suggestions to engineers throughout the development process.
∎ Ensure that testing activities will guide development to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
∎ Perform regression suite based on the product release schedule.
∎ Automate the regression suite using the testing frameworks.
∎ Should have an understanding of the developer world, be able to voice customer perspective. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients and recommend potential solutions to resolve them.
∎ Perform R&D to identify the scope of test ideas that may scale up the output level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ years of proven work experience in software quality assurance.
∎ Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
∎ Experience with Android / iOS app testing.
∎ Experience of implementing testing-as-code within a CI/CD pipeline with a QA automation framework. Experience of working in multiple projects at a time with a large and globally distributed development team will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in any mainstream programming language; knowledge of Java, C++ or C# will be a plus.
