- Strong understanding of software development and implementation processes.
- Basic understanding programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Excellent understanding of client requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems, If you have experience on hospital ERP will be a plus but not mandatory.
