Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Some roles may consider equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.

• At least 2 years

• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Previous Roles: Experience in QA roles such as QA Analyst, QA Engineer, or Tester.

Technical Skills:

• Manual Testing: Proficiency in manual testing techniques, test case creation, and execution.
• Automation Testing: Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JUnit, TestNG).
• Scripting Languages: Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.
• Test Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Quality Center.
• Defect Tracking: Experience with defect tracking systems and processes.
• Database/SQL: Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries.
• API Testing: Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to identify issues and ensure quality.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and collaboration with team members.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• If any certification has on ISTQB/CSQA/CSTE will be a plus
