∎ Who you are: Junior software engineers, teachers with a background in CSE, or recent CSE graduates from local and foreign universities, who are physically based in Dhaka, feel passionate about teaching people to develop digital skills and believe strongly in their abilities to make our mission a resounding success
∎ What you`ll do: You will be an instructor tasked with teaching and training students who have joined our immersive study program and help them become prepared for a career in technology
∎ How we`ll help you: To prepare you for this role, we will invest in your training through an intensive 3-month program starting in May/June 2022, after which you will join us full-time as an instructor

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide students through structured lesson plans and help them get the most out of the course
∎ Lead and hold daily one-on-one and group exercise and coaching sessions with students
∎ Help students in real-time, through one-on-one meetings and live conversations
∎ Monitor and engage in class discussions, jumping in to help with technical challenges and participating in non-technical conversations that develop community
∎ Convey a sense of enthusiasm for programming and the field of technology, software, and web development that can motivate and inspire the students and the team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in coding, software development, web development, or other relevant experience. Teachers, TAs, and junior professors with a CSE background are also strongly encouraged to apply
∎ Teaching experience: Any prior experience in teaching or tutoring will be highly valued but not mandatory.
∎ Education background: Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or related degree
∎ Coding experience: Preferably knowledge in the JavaScript ecosystem (React, Redux, Angular, GraphQL, Node, Express, Koa). Other coding languages valued too
∎ Communication: Professional level of spoken and written English
∎ Leadership and Teamwork: Confidence to lead when the opportunity arises and collaborative skills to work in an agile environment
∎ Working Style: Must be organized, reliable, punctual, communicative, dedicated, and open to feedback from the students and team

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ To prepare you for this role, we will fully sponsor your 3-month training program Rapid career growth through annual promotion cycles and performance reviews Competitive starting base salary of BDT 60,000-70,000 per month depending on experience Annual performance-linked bonus scheme (up to an additional 3 months of salary) Frequent and full disconnect holiday periods of 1 week every 1.5 months A strong culture of respect, equal opportunity, recognition, female leadership and meritocracy

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ During your 3-month training period, you will receive a fixed stipend. Once you start working as a full-time instructor from September 2022, you will start to receive your salary
∎ The 3-month training period will be held during European working hours from Monday to Saturday, 11 hours each day, and will require your full commitment. For female instructors, we will provide secure home drop off services
∎ Since we will sponsor your training, you are required to commit to a minimum employment contract of 1.5 years and a non-compete agreement of 2 years upon leaving
