  • Relevant IT certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, etc.) will be an added advantage.

  • Age 25 to 35 years

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience in healthcare software, HMS, EMR/EHR systems will be preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
  • Familiarity with API integration, system security, and data privacy standards.
  • Experience with Linux/Windows servers and version control systems (Git).
  • Hands-on experience with networking, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with HMS, EMR/EHR systems will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and peripheral devices.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain hospital software applications and information systems.
  • Customize and support Hospital Management System (HMS), EMR/EHR, and other clinical applications.
  • Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to understand system requirements.
  • Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain databases, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and system reports.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users when required.
  • Keep systems updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for hospital hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and hospital management systems (HMS).
