Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
∎ MBA will be an asset.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The developer will lead the entire R&D department from requirements gathering, designing, implementation and testing until delivery and post launch support.
∎ Write clean, stable, unit-tested code and accompanying documentation where needed
∎ Have a strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to deliver results in assigned time.
∎ Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
∎ Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
∎ Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
∎ Collaborate with team members, provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship and ensure knowledge transfer including review codes of other members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Expert knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as CodeIgniter.
∎ 4+ years of recent production quality PHP product development experience.
∎ Expert knowledge of CodeIgniter, MySQL, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, PHP, VueJS.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
∎ Enjoys taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion
∎ Seasoned problem solver who thrives on clear and concise communication
∎ Experience in Project deployment on servers.
∎ Experience in API Integration.
∎ Experience with WHM & cPanel - Server Maintenance & Configuration.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be increased based on expertise and experience.
